Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal information on one or more of the following bases: your consent; the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request; our legitimate interests in operating and promoting NS Advisory in a way that does not override your rights; and compliance with a legal obligation.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to maintain our records, and to comply with legal, accounting or reporting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
NS Advisory is operated from the United States, and information we collect may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, to request portability, and to withdraw consent. You can also opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Residents of California and other US states may have rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@nsadvisory.us. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children's privacy
Our website and programs are intended for professionals and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
